Have I ever told you about Piper's book? She's taken one of my old books and made it her own. What book you ask? Why, none other then Outlander. Why wouldn't an almost 4 year old love this book.
I'm not joking when I say that Piper takes this book everywhere. She almost treats it like a security blanket. She takes it in the car, sleeps with it and "reads" out of it. She tells us where to go based on what the books says like it's a map. This isn't just a fluke thing either. She's been doing this for at least a year now. It's starting to look pretty ragged. And she's realizing she likes to draw in it and cut out pages and give them as gifts.
Silly girl.
