We had a great Christmas this year. Both kids are at the age now where they can anticipate the excitement of opening presents. And we all enjoyed the amount of good quality time spent with family. It was really wonderful all around.
Rhett's big present this year was a Nintendo 3DS. He was super excited to say the least.
Piper's big present was a Barbie camper. You can see she is waiting patiently for me to finish putting it together.
After we opened presents at our house we went out to Russ's parent's house and the kids got a second round of gifts. Here they are with their "second stockings". Pretty lucky kids if you ask me.
We even managed to get a Jenkins family picture. This was something of a Christmas miracle since it's almost impossible to get Rhett in a picture. And even smiling.
Such a great day and great time with family. We are truly blessed.
